The Kouril Corral

I wish I had new pictures to update but I don't. The camera battery is dead and has been for a while and I have lost the battery charger. We have searched the house with no luck. I swear there must be a pit in our house that "things" fall into and become lost. We have also lost a huge album of CD's that we put together to take on vacation this summer- gone! I sometimes think I am losing my mind. I will upload pics either when I find the charger or break down and buy a new one.
I have recently taken on a new challenge and decided to become an Uppercase Living Demonstrator. If you are not familiar with UL you must go to the website www.uppercaseliving.com and view their products. They sell decorative vinyl lettering for the home. They would also make great Christmas gifts- (hint, hint!)

Dawson is enjoying school. He has officially completed 1 Quarter of elementary school! We have P/T conferences on Wed. We got our first call from the school (and probably not the last!) one day because of a "hitting incident" on the school bus. Dawson's world was crushed when he got TV privileges taken away for two days because of it. It's really hard to not know what happens at school and to not be there to protect him or to keep him from hurting others. My heart ached for him the other day when he told me that his friends made fun of him because he had "princess shoes" and called him "Ariel". He will probably never wear those shoes again (plus, they're really cool shoes) but he is resilient and wants to play with those same friends everyday.
He wants to fit in and do everything the other kids are doing - and he is only in kindergarten- HELP!
