Sioux Falls trip

Dawson seemed to be attracting the girls- I think they're a little too old!

We went to Sioux Falls 2 weeks ago for Wade's friend, Chad's wedding and then for Wade's annual pheasant hunt. He has a successful trip and we now have a freezer full of pheasant! The boys stayed with Grandma Audrey during the wedding but we picked them up to take them to the dance. If you've never seen Dawson dance you are missing out. He has been the life of the party at every dance we have been to lately. He has some pretty interesting dance moves!

Belated Halloween

Here are some pictures of Halloween. I know they are late, but better late than never, right? Dawson was a lion, "a cute lion", as he would tell everyone. Jackson was a penguin and he had the waddle down perfect! Someone stopped me on the street and said they saw Jackson from behind and thought he looked like a penguin just by the way he walked and then were shocked to see that he actually was a penguin when he turned around!

Mom's Recovery

Just an update for everyone who has kept my mom in your prayers. She is doing great. She is home and pretty self sufficient doing most everything. She still is not able to lift more than 10lbs. which excludes her from lifting Jackson or wedding dresses! She is feeling good, just tired alot which is normal. This picture was taken two days after her surgery, I think she looks better than she felt at the time!
